Ingredients:
Butter (1 stick)
Flour (4 cups)
Milk (1 liter)
Sugar (1 cup)
Vanilla (1 package of powder)
Cinnamon Powder (as you like)
Dried Nuts or Fresh Cut Fruits (as you like)
Steps:
1. Melt butter in a medium heat pan until liquid
2. Add flour to the melted butter, stir continually to prevent burning
3. When the flour turned golden brown color, slowly add milk and continue to stir
4. Add all sugar and vanilla powder to the mixture and continue to stir until the consistency is creamy and thick.
5. Transfer the mixture to a big bowl and use hand mixer to mix for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. The mixture needs to be completely cool down and then refrigerate for one hour minimum.
7. Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon powder, dried nuts or fresh cut fruits on the top.
8. Enjoy!
