Kavurma

Ingredients:
1 lb beef cubes
2 spoons of beef fat

Steps:
Melt beef fat in low heat. 30-40 minutes later, there will be liquid fat and some unmelted fat. Remove the unmelted part and put the liquid fat in a pot.
Put the beef cubes on the top of the liquid fat and cook it in low feet for 1-1.5 hours.
Then turn up the heat and cook until meat absorbs the water in the pot.
Then, add salt as you wish.
Serve it on or with rice. Your choice of salad would go well with this dish.
