
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 glasses of milk
1 glass of sugar
3 table spoon of flour
1 table spoon of starch
2 table spoon butter
1 pack of powder vanilla
1 box of puff pastry
Fresh rasperries and rasperry jam
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients except butter, vanilla and rasperries.
- Cook all in low-heat by stirring it.
- When it boils add butter and vanilla and stir it until it is smooth.
- Put it aside for awhile.
- Cut the puff pastry into square or rectangular pieces.
- Cook them for 10 minutes in 400 F.
- When it cools down, put some raspery jam on the service plate.
- Divide puff pastries into two. Put the pudding you cooked between each piece.
- Put a raspery on the top of each puff pastry/pudding sandwich. You can use a toothpick to make sure it won't fall off.
- Enjoy!
