Konuk Dessert

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 glasses of milk
1 glass of sugar
3 table spoon of flour
1 table spoon of starch
2 table spoon butter
1 pack of powder vanilla
1 box of puff pastry
Fresh rasperries and rasperry jam

Steps:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except butter, vanilla and rasperries.
  2. Cook all in low-heat by stirring it.
  3. When it boils add butter and vanilla and stir it until it is smooth.
  4. Put it aside for awhile.
  5. Cut the puff pastry into square or rectangular pieces.
  6. Cook them for 10 minutes in 400 F.
  7. When it cools down, put some raspery jam on the service plate.
  8. Divide puff pastries into two. Put the pudding you cooked between each piece.
  9. Put a raspery on the top of each puff pastry/pudding sandwich. You can use a toothpick to make sure it won't fall off.
  10. Enjoy!
